Refund policy



Customers may request a refund under the following conditions:

  1. Contaminated food or drinks.

  2. Insufficient quantity of food or drinks.

  3. Received items different from the order.

To request a refund, please contact us at admin@mhiawfood.my for negotiation.

  • Refunds will be processed after discussion with the mhiawfood admin team.

  • Refund amounts may be full or partial, based on the negotiation.

  • Refunds will be credited to the customer’s Wallet on our platform.
