Customers may request a refund under the following conditions:
Contaminated food or drinks.
Insufficient quantity of food or drinks.
Received items different from the order.
To request a refund, please contact us at admin@mhiawfood.my for negotiation.
Refunds will be processed after discussion with the mhiawfood admin team.
Refund amounts may be full or partial, based on the negotiation.
Refunds will be credited to the customer’s Wallet on our platform.
